One of the most stressful events in one's life is to change jobs or careers. If the career change requires relocating you and/or your family to another city the stress is compounded immensely.

At PeopleResources we challenge ourselves to help you identify and obtain your career goals with as little added stress as possible. At absolutely no cost to you, we assist in creating an attractive résumé for presentation and prepare you for the interview process. We also make sure that your résumé and background information gets into the hands of the appropriate hiring authority within the desired organization.

How do we do this? Over the span of many years we have established relationships with dozens of health care organizations that depend on us to find them the "right" candidate for the "right" position. In order for us to accomplish this task we have become very familiar with the business needs of our hiring authorities and obtain as much information as possible about our candidates so that we can make a proper match.

If your strengths and qualifications match a current health care career opportunity we will contact you immediately. If not, we will keep your information confidentially on file until such time an opportunity arises that matches your background and we will contact you to discuss. Your information will not be shared with anyone outside of our office until your permission is obtained to do so.
Should a current career opportunity exist which matches your strengths and qualifications we will contact you immediately. At this point we will describe the opportunity and discuss your level of interest. If the opportunity does not align with your career goals we will continue to search for one that will. However, if the opportunity aligns with your career goals and your level of interest is such that you would like to pursue an interview, we will alert the hiring authority and coordinate all of the details during that process.

Again, we strive to reduce as much stress as possible for our candidates. We want you to realize your career goals and will assist you as much as possible to obtain them.

Once the interview process begins, we will perform all of the communications with the hiring authority. We will provide you with as much information as possible about the career opportunity and the organization and we will also discuss Interview Tips to prepare you for the interview.
